Moving to the co working space …

Labour market is evolving together with technology, social needs and struggles, political and economic up and downs,  environment degradation, immigration, the need of a better life, the need to reduce costs, etc. Like it or not we are in  a complex situation, it is like a jungle where you need to adapt and overcome.

I remember in my first job where I had a desk in a shared office with other co workers, working four people in a big room. Sometimes it is just where to find the limit that will make us more productive and emotionally engaged. When I moved to my second job I found myself working in a big floor with lots of people sitting in desks placed in rows and having just a spacer between tables. Is this productive? Are people happy and engaged? You will hear different well backed opinions.

In my humble experience I would say: it depends. Lately I am not only working from remote but exploring the co working concept and all the things around attending different networking, co working events, co entrepreneurship events … to have a big picture of all.

La Incubadora is a co working space located in Tremp where I share space with 3 more autonomous professionals/companies. Today I moved to the new facilities, so from now you can find us there. We have meeting rooms and any other facilities a classical office has.

Take the opportunity to co create every simple moment.
